HOSPITALITY PROJECTS – FF&E – OS&E

A project is a target-oriented, one-time undertaking, consisting of balanced and directed activities with beginning- and closing date in order to reach a specific goal under constraints in terms of time, resource and quality.

My competence as an experienced project manager for hospitality projects is based on several successfully completed apprenticeships in hotels and gastronomic operations and almost two decades of experience in that area. I was able to expand the operational experience by successfully completing my economic studies at the hotel management school Heidelberg and gaining the degree of a state certified hotel administration.

I gained extensive project management experience in the area of FF&E / OS&E since 2008 in an employee relationship. Since 2015, I am self employed in hospitality project management. I consciously focus on individual performance and troubleshooting, to achieve best possible results even in tense situations.

My operational area extends over Europe and I have a well developed network for all areas of hotel project management. I am flexible and ready to face new challenges to turn your project into a success story.
